My Integrative Approach

Integrative psychotherapy is highly effective because no single method suits everyone.  Life’s challenges can leave us stuck or disconnected, and rigid, one-size-fits-all models often fall short.

By blending approaches like person-centred therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and schema therapy, integrative therapy adapts to each person’s unique needs, fostering deep self-awareness, resilience, and lasting change.

Rather than a prescriptive framework, it offers a collaborative space where clients feel truly seen and supported.

Experiential techniques like imagery and chair work create profound emotional shifts, leading to meaningful transformation.  Unlike symptom-focused models, integrative therapy embraces the whole person, ensuring a deeply personalised path to healing.
